This blog didn’t start as a project.
It started as a habit.
Writing things down. Observing patterns. Trying to understand why some days feel focused and others don’t. Over time, those notes turned into something worth sharing.
The idea of mytime target came up naturally. It’s not something you log into or follow strictly. It’s more like a mental reference point — a way of asking yourself: “Is this where I want my time to go?”
We’re not experts. Just people paying attention.
This space exists to explore that question, from different angles, with different voices. Some structured, some reflective, some purely observational.
If it helps you think a little differently about your day, that’s enough.
